Federal Member for Dunkley, Chris Crewther MP, this week announced that $535,790 in Federal Government funding has now been approved for Peninsula Home Hospice.
“I am proud to have been able to advocate on behalf of Peninsula Home Hospice and to secure this funding as one of my election commitments in Dunkley,” Mr Crewther said.
This much needed funding will cover a large portion of the cost of the new fit out of Peninsula Home Hospice’s building in Main Street Mornington, which has now been completed.
“I was very pleased to make this announcement at Peninsula Home Hospice’s Annual General Meeting this week and see first hand the new refurbishment that has been built with these funds. The building looks great!”
“This is terrific news for this not-for-profit organisation who provide much needed home-based palliative care support in our community”.
